Unknown Callers?

I've been getting a lot of incoming calls lately. When I answer, they hang up. It's so irritating! I mean I prank call people sometimes but I never just hang up. Ugh. Might as well just block all unknown numbers from calling me.

    Buuuht , What if your friends call you & yuuuhp .
    Plus , it doesn't block text messages . . ohwell . [:
